The Ministry of Health (MOH) application portal opened on April 8, 2024 for prospective applicants seeking admission into the various Health Training Institutions in the country for the 2024/2025 academic year. MOH Portal for Nursing Training opened: All applicants who wish to study in the various Nursing Training Colleges in Ghana can apply now until it is closed.
HOW TO BUY 2023/24 NURSING TRAINING ADMISSION FORMS
The steps below is outlined for prospective applicants to purchase the nursing training forms at nearest bank.
1. Visit Checker Cards website: https://forms.checkercards.com/
2. Select “Nursing Training Admission Forms”.
3. Choose from the list. (NB: Once you enter the portal, you will only be able to view available slots.)
4. Click on “Buy Now” button.
5. Fill in the details by adding your First name, Last name, Phone number and E-mail address.
6. Scroll down and click on “Proceed To Payment”.
7. Select “Pay with Mobile Money” and enter your MoMo number.
8. Click on “Confirm”.
9. Approve payment on your phone by entering your Mobile Money Pin.
Alternatively, you may pay with your credit card. In Step 7. Select “Pay with Card” to make payment using your credit/debit card.
Upon payment, you will receive a voucher with a unique PIN and Serial number. Checker Cards – Forms will assist you in filling the 2023 nursing training admission form.
HOW TO FILL NURSING TRAING FORMS ONLINE
After purchasing the form, find out how to fill out the nursing training online application.
1. You will need your residential and Ghana Post Digital Address.
2. Use the PIN and Serial number to access the application form online at healthtraining.gov.gh.
3. Follow the instructions carefully and fill in the relevant stages of the admission process once the online application is opened.
4. Use the PIN and Serial number to track the status of the admission process.
5. Applicants who meet admission requirements will be invited to attend a competitive interview at the school of choice.
The Ministry of Health (MoH) says applicants can visit any of the public health training institutions for assistance in filling the 2024 nursing training admission form. Wrong filling of the form the Ministry says will affect admission.
